Take part

Register adelegation

Schools may send a full delegation, and individual delegates are welcome. Places are allocated in the order applications are received, so early registration gets first choice of country and committee.

Registration for the next session is not open yet. Leave your details on the contact page and we will write to you the day it opens.

Who can take part

With my school

Schools

Any secondary school, in Morocco or abroad, may form a delegation. It generally consists of five to twenty delegates, under the responsibility of a teacher-in-charge who accompanies them throughout the conference.

How it works

  1. Submit the registration form. One form is completed for each delegation, stating the teacher-in-charge and the number of delegates. Individual applicants use the same document.
  2. Assignment of representations. The Secretariat assigns each delegation the countries and committees it will represent. The teacher is informed and receives the study guides along with them.
  3. Payment of fees. An invoice is sent to the school. Participation is confirmed once payment is received
  4. Preparation. Before the opening. Each delegate writes the position statement of their country: it is the first speech of the conference, and it is delivered in writing. Drafting advice accompanies the assignment.

On my own

Individual delegates

Students whose school does not form a delegation may apply on their own. They are placed in a delegation upon arrival.

Register individually

Chairs and staff. Experienced delegates can apply to chair a committee or join the press team. Chairing applications close earlier than delegate registration.

Questions from schools

Do delegates need previous MUN experience?
No, not at all. The conference welcomes beginners and experienced delegates alike. Committee chairs are there to explain the rules of procedure step-by-step, not to penalize mistakes. If it is your first time, you will be well supported.
How should delegates prepare before the conference?
You will receive a pre-conference guide containing the rules of procedure along with tips for your first speech. Take the time to learn about the country you are representing, and you will be ready.
Must a teacher attend?
Yes. Each school delegation must have an adult supervisor present throughout the entire conference. Individual delegates are supervised by the secretariat.
What is included in the conference fees?
Conference materials, lunch and refreshments throughout all three days, as well as social events. Travel and accommodation are not included.
Can we send observers?
Yes, teachers and press members may attend committee sessions without registering as delegates. Please let us know in advance so we can arrange badges.
