These terms cover the use of this website and enquiries made through it. Using the site means you accept them.

1. 01What this site is

   An information site for the RESIMUN Model United Nations conference, published by the student secretariat at Groupe Scolaire La Résidence. It is not a shop: nothing is sold or paid for here.

2. 02Registration enquiries

   Sending the form registers interest. It does not reserve places and it is not a confirmed booking.

   A delegation is confirmed only when the secretariat replies in writing with allocated places. Committee allocation, delegation size and country assignment are decided by the secretariat, and places are limited.

3. 03Accuracy and changes to the programme

   Dates, committees, topics and fees on this site are published in good faith and can change. The conference may be moved, restructured or cancelled if circumstances require it — a school closure or a public health measure, for example. Where that happens, the secretariat will contact every confirmed delegation directly.

4. 04Conduct at the conference

   Delegates are expected to follow the rules of procedure, the instructions of the chairs, and the school's rules while on site. The secretariat may exclude a delegate whose conduct puts other participants at risk.

5. 05Content and trademarks

   The text, photographs, layout and the RESIMUN name and logo on this site belong to RESIMUN and Groupe Scolaire La Résidence. Schools may reproduce pages for the internal purpose of preparing a delegation. Any other reuse — commercial use in particular — needs written permission.

   The United Nations name and emblem are used in an educational simulation context. RESIMUN is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of the United Nations.

6. 06Links to other sites

   Where this site links elsewhere — a partner, a sponsor, our Instagram — we do not control what is published there and are not responsible for it.

7. 07Liability

   The site is provided as it is. We take reasonable care to keep it accurate and available, but we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free, and we are not liable for losses arising from relying on information here that later changed. Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.

8. 08Governing law

   These terms are governed by Moroccan law, and disputes fall to the courts of Casablanca.
